Ingredients
SALAD
- 4 C Romaine lettuce cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved

2 9-oz. package Prosciutto or Bresaola

Pinch Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
VINAIGRETTE
-
4 tsp Stacey Hawkins Luscious Lemon Oil
- 3T white wine vinegar
-
Ā½ tsp Dijon mustard
Directions
SALAD
Add lettuce and tomatoes to a large serving bowl. Gently place Bresaola on top. Drizzle with 1 tsp vinaigrette and Dash of Desperation Seasoning.
Enjoy! Serves 4.
VINAIGRETTE
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk vigorously to emulsify. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
