10 Apr 5 Minutes to Lean and Green Recipe Meal Prep Nirvana!
Lean and green recipes NEVER need to be complex or time consuming thanks to Stacey Hawkins! This simple recipe for char-grilled pork or chicken can be made in just 5 minutes and is full of rich, delicious and mouthwatering flavor. The secret to the quick cooking is a hot grill and thin sliced meat. In this case, we used pork loin cut to 1/2″ thickness. If you use chicken, use chicken tenderloins or slice the meat in half through the middle to yield thinner portions for quick cooking.
Do you meal prep? Check out how easy this is to do- no need to do much work at all as you see here- just unwrap, sprinkle with seasoning and… grill! Whether you’re looking to make a lean and green recipe OR meal prep OR just looking for a great family meal, look no further.
