29 Sep Yummy and Simple Quinoa Pancakes
1 1/2 C – Cooked quinoa
1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
2 – Eggs
1/2 tsp – Stacey Hawkins Awesome Autumn
1/4 tsp – Vanilla
1 tsp – Honey
Pinch – Stacey Hawkins Sassy Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Use a measuring cup & scoop out 4 pancakes into the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until set, then flip the pancakes over.
Drizzle with your favorite syrup, preserves or berries!
