Preheat outdoor grill to 350° F (you can also broil or do in a grill pan/George Foreman style grill).
- Drizzle oil over both sides of steak and sprinkle with seasoning. Â Rub to coat.
- Place on grill and cook for 3 -5 minutes on each side, depending on preferred doneness. Â Thicker steaks will require a bit longer cooking.
- Remove from grill and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
