Ingredients

2 T Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

2 pounds ground turkey or chicken, 98% lean

1 T Stacey Hawkins Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning

OR
-
1 T Stacey Hawkins Southwestern Seasoning (for a salt-free option)

1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, no sugar added
-
½ C shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat

Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Add oil to a large, oven safe skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add turkey to the pan, sprinkle with seasoning and sauté for 5-7 minutes, breaking into pieces as its cooking.
Add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the liquid reduces by half and is a thicker sauce consistency.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
