Ingredients

4 Tablespoons butter (the real stuff)

2 C broth of your choice (beef, chicken, veggie, turkey)

1 teaspoon Stacey Hawkins Rosemary Versatility Seasoning

1 teaspoon xanthan gum (get below)

pinch of Dash of Desperation Seasoning (or more to taste)
Directions
Make sure all ingredients are cold or room temperature before you begin. Heat affects the xanthan gum and it will make for very lumpy gravy otherwise.
Add all ingredients to a small pot and whisk vigorously until the xanthan gum is incorporated. Don’t worry if there’s a few small pieces floating- it will get cooked out.
Turn on the stove to medium high heat. While whisking, bring the gravy to a boil and cook for 1 minute while continuing to whisk. The whisking makes for a nice, smooth and velvety consistency.
Remove from heat and serve hot. May be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat before serving.
