Ingredients

2 pounds bone in, skin on chicken thighs (could use boneless, boneless/skinless as well)

2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Herb Butter

½ stick butter, melted

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic & Spring Onion Seasoning

1 T Stacey Hawkins Farmhouse Chicken Seasoning

¼ C Parmesan cheese, grated

dash of hot sauce (optional)
Directions
Chicken Thighs
Preheat oven to 425. Pat the chicken thighs dry & remove any excess fat. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with Dash of Desperation Seasoning. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. (If boneless, cook for 30 minutes. If boneless/skinless cook for 30 minutes covered in foil.)
Garlic Parmesan Herb Butter
Combine the melted butter with the remaining ingredients & let it rest to bloom the flavor while the chicken cooks.
After initial cooking time, brush the chicken with ½ of the butter. and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. (Boneless/skinless, remove foil, brush & cook for 5 minutes)
Remove from the oven, brush with additional butter & serve hot. NOTE: for extra crispy chicken, you can put the skin-on chicken under the broiler on high for just a few minutes.

For a quick and easy complete meal, place broccoli florets and baby potatoes cut in half in the dish with the chicken, making sure there is enough room for all to be in one layer to assure even cooking. Simply sprinkle the veggies with additional seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil Quick, easy, delicious!
