"Quite simply my favorite new recipe!" We couldn't agree more! The tang of the lime, the sweet caramelized Honey BBQ seasoning with a pinch of salt and heat makes for a dinner made deliciously easy!
The key to making this low carb recipe for BBQ pork so perfect is to NOT overcook the pork. Remove it from the heat before it's done and let the carryover heat bring it to 150 before slicing and serving. Thick, juicy and of course BURSTING with FLAVOR this will become one of your favorites too!
I love this paired with cilantro cauliflower rice and a sliced tomato salad with balsamic to round it out!
Happy Cooking!
