Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a large zipper bag.
Massage the chicken through the bag to incorporate into the marinade.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour, up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium high heat.* Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 155° F.
Remove from the heat, cover and set aside. Serve when internal temperature has raised to 160° F (about 5-7 minutes). Enjoy!
*Alternately, you may cook this in a 350° F oven until temperature is reached. Should be 20-30 minutes depending on oven and thickness. Always verify the temperature with a meat thermometer.
