-
¼ C (4 T) crumbled feta cheese
-
1 T Stacey Hawkins Mediterranean Seasoning
-
4 tsp Stacey Hawkins Luscious Lemon Oil, divided
-
4 C zucchini noodles
-
2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese and Mediterranean Seasoning. Roll into 1” balls.
In a large skillet, add 2 tsp of Luscious Lemon Oil. Heat pan on medium high heat and add meatballs. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked and nicely browned (about 10 minutes or so.) Remove meatballs from the pan, add to a serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
Add the remaining 2 tsp Lemon oil to the pan. When hot, add the zucchini noodles and sprinkle with Dash of Desperation Seasoning. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until bright green and still a little crispy. Do not overcook.
Add meatballs back to the pan and toss with the noodles to combine. Serve warm & Enjoy!
