Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 T Stacey Hawkins Farmhouse Chicken & Veggie Seasoning

2 C grape or cherry tomatoes cut in half

4 T Stacey Hawkins Balsamic Mosto Cotto

1 C reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle with Farmhouse Chicken Seasoning.
In a small bowl, add the cut tomatoes, balsamic and a pinch of Dash of Desperation Seasoning. Toss to coat and then pour around the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top of the chicken and season the whole thing with Dash of Desperation. Bake for 25-35 minutes* until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160° F.
Serve warm.
