Ingredients

4 tsp Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

1½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 C diced tomatoes

1 tsp Stacey Hawkins Viva Italiano Blend

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic & Spring Onion Seasoning

2 C multi colored bell pepper, sliced

2 T capers, drained
Directions
In a large frying pan, heat oil until sizzling. Add chicken and sauté for 2 minutes, until chicken is opaque.
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining ingredients to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until peppers are soft and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve hot.
