Ingredients

3 pounds pork baby back ribs

1 ½ T Stacey Hawkins Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning

1 ½ T Stacey Hawkins Honey BBQ Seasoning

1 C apple juice*
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on it. (Ok to omit if you don’ t have one)
Combine seasonings together in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the ribs. Place the rib rack on the wire rack and add the apple juice. Seal the baking sheet in foil.
Place the sealed sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 1 hour or until meat starts coming off the bone.
Remove from the oven, take the ribs off the wire rack and cook under a broiler or on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side until slightly browned.
Serve hot.
