Sometimes simple is best. I find this to be true not only in food, but in life, don't you?
My most recent trip to Italy reminds us how important simple, fresh ingredients can be. Combining them with simple preparations allows the flavor of the food to shine without fuss, muss or excess.
Food need not be complicated to taste good- actually, in many cases, just the opposite is true as in this simple, yet mouthwatering "Tuscan Getaway" baked chicken.
With only 2 ingredients, you're going to be amazed at just how delicious simple can be.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds boneless chicken thighs

1 T Stacey Hawkins Tuscan Fantasy Seasoning
(or Garlic, Red pepper, black pepper, salt, onion, parsley, oregano, lemon, thyme and marjoram)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F
Place chicken in a baking dish large enough to hold all the pieces without touching.
Sprinkle seasoning over the meat equally.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
Remove from heat and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
