Tender, tangy BBQ ribs are one of the BEST meals you can come home to after a long day’s work, or school or being outside. Made in your slow cooker, the hearty meat combined with a slight tang of apple cider vinegar and mesquite is comfort food to the finest!
When you can indulge in a recipe that is also low carb, on program and that EVERYONE will love, it’s a win-win meal you’ll make again and again.
To make a complete meal, try with a side of Perfect Lean & Green Cole Slaw or Crunchy Cauliflower Salad.
Happy Cooking!
