Let's Make Lean and Green Recipes Easy
If you're frustrated with meal planning, or if you leave it to the last minute and then finding yourself trying to throw something together, or worse yet, eating the first thing you find, then THIS is for yo!
My “Weeks Eat Meal Sheet” saves you over 186 hours and almost $3,000 per year (for the average family of 4)!!
Here's how to get started:
Start by printing out my Week's Eats Worksheet below.
Then set aside 15 minutes once a week to look through your pantry, fridge & freezer to see what you have on hand.
From those ingredients, what 5 dinners are you inspired to make?
One important note- be sure to look at your schedule and see if you have a "challenge" night- one where you will be short on time or have no time at all to get dinner cooked. The answer? That will be a night where you'll need to throw something in the Crock Pot or the Insta Pot to cook for you!
Write down the 5 dinners on your sheet. What ingredients do you need to complete these dishes? That becomes your grocery list, along with whatever other incidentals you may need.
Word to the wise- keep this on your fridge so you can use it all week long, make next week's grocery list AND let everyone know "Whats For Dinner!" So they stop asking, lol.
Now...
Go shopping- ONCE.
Now you have a simple plan in place to make your meals each night and you are stress-free.
It's THAT easy- Just Do It!
The magic actually comes in WHAT you prepare and that's where I help.
If you need some inspiration for recipes, click the RECIPES button above. If you want more, type in COOKBOOK in the search bar & you'll have even MORE recipes for your stovetop, Instapot and beyond!
